About This Event

Under the guidance of their beloved mother, the four March sisters—tempestuous Jo, motherly Meg, shy Beth, and spoiled youngest sister Amy—navigate the joys and challenges of growing up while their father is away serving in the Civil War. As they face illness, sibling rivalry, heartbreak, and the uncertainties of life, each sister embarks on her own journey of self-discovery. Filled with warmth, humor, and heartfelt moments, Little Women is a timeless story of family, love, and the bonds of sisterhood.

This production of Little Women is entirely student-led by the dedicated students of Masquers Theatre at Georgia Southern University's Armstrong Campus. These students have worked tirelessly to revitalize their theatre program and bring live theatrical performances back to their community. Through their passion, creativity, and hard work, they hope to establish a lasting future for theatre at Armstrong.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Lauren Holeman, Pamela Sears, and Mark Redden for their guidance, encouragement, and support in making this production possible.

Most importantly, this production serves as a fundraiser for our theatre program! Audience members will have opportunities to contribute through donations and concessions, with all proceeds going directly toward funding our next exciting production, Anastasia! Every contribution helps us continue bringing theatre to life on the Armstrong Campus.

Thank you for supporting student theatre and helping us build a brighter future for the performing arts at Georgia Southern University!
