Sweeney Todd

May River Theatre presents Sweeney Todd, Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's Tony Award-winning musical thriller. Returning to London after years of wrongful imprisonment, barber Sweeney Todd seeks revenge on the corrupt judge who destroyed his family — and strikes up a grisly partnership with Mrs. Lovett, purveyor of the worst meat pies in town.

Rated PG-13. Running time approximately 150 minutes. This production features haze/fog effects, strobe lights, and simulated gunshots.
